Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Prismic Sites is operated by Prismic Media in Kuwait. Questions or requests: contact@prismic.media.

2. What we collect

• Your account: your email, your name if you add it, and your password. The password is stored only as a one-way scrambled hash; nobody can read it.
• Your business content: site text, services, prices, opening hours, WhatsApp number, and photos you add. Photos are re-saved and their hidden data (including GPS location) is removed.
• Requests from your customers: the name, phone, email and message a visitor sends through your site.
• Your chat with Ajeeb: the messages you send and Ajeeb's replies, so the conversation continues on every device.
• Voice notes: turned into text so Ajeeb can answer. The audio itself is not stored.
• Devices: a push token to send you notifications, and the device or browser of each signed-in session so you can sign it out.
• Usage: cookie-free, anonymous page statistics on our public pages, and visit counts on your site so we can show you your results.

3. How we use it

To run your site and the app, sign you in, answer you through Ajeeb, send the notifications you choose, and keep the service secure. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

4. Who processes it for us

• OpenAI: turns voice notes into text, speaks Ajeeb's replies, and may help write replies.
• AI model providers reached through our own Ajeeb router: write Ajeeb's replies and prepare site changes.
• Resend: sends sign-in codes and confirmation emails.
• Apple: delivers push notifications to your iPhone.
• Cloudflare: points your site address to our servers.
• Our hosting servers, with encrypted backups.

Each one receives only what it needs for its task.

5. How long we keep it

• Account and site data: while your account is active.
• Site previews: 24 hours. Photos added to a preview: 7 days, unless you sign up (then they become part of your site).
• Signups you do not confirm: 30 minutes.
• Encrypted backups: daily copies for 14 days, weekly for 8 weeks and monthly for 12 months. Deleted data leaves the backups as those copies expire.

6. Your choices

• See and change your content in the dashboard or the app.
• Change your password in Settings, and sign out other devices.
• Turn off notifications in the app's Settings.
• Ask for a copy of your data, or for your account and data to be deleted: email contact@prismic.media. We answer within 30 days.

7. Security

Passwords are hashed, repeated wrong passwords lock sign-in for 15 minutes, you can sign out any device, backups are encrypted, and our staff sign in with two-step verification.

8. Children

Prismic Sites is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13.

9. Law

We handle personal data under Kuwait's data privacy rules (the CITRA Data Privacy Protection Regulation).

10. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date above, and we tell you in the app when a change matters.
